In March, the Lakeland Regional Medical Center Foundation’s Women in Philanthropy Giving Society will present Cookin’ Men 2010. In its second year, the fundraising event will feature the culinary talents of local volunteer chefs cooking up their specialties to raise funds for women’s and children’s services at Lakeland Regional Medical Center and Lakeland Regional Cancer Center.

The event will once again feature a wide variety of culinary delights created by local community leaders and businessmen. In a bit of friendly competition, the infamous Pink Panache pig will also be awarded to the chef who is able to “wow” attendees with his creative table display. With its array of food and fun flavor, the 2010 event is sure to entertain even the pickiest of palettes.

Cookin’ Men 2010 will be held on Saturday, March 20, at The Lakeland Center in downtown Lakeland. Tickets are $50 per person and can be purchased by clicking the link below or contacting the Lakeland Regional Medical Center Foundation office at 863.687.1296.
